By using the Paperino platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in order to use Paperino.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform and digital-asset activities are legally permitted in your country or jurisdiction. The service is not available where prohibited by law.

A valid referral code is required to join Paperino and create an account.

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Safeguard your credentials and enable two-factor authentication where available.

All information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT on the TRC20 and BEP20 networks only. You are responsible for selecting the correct network; sending via an unsupported network may result in loss of funds.

Minimum amounts apply to deposits and withdrawals and may change. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

Fees may apply to withdrawals. Requests are subject to review and may take time to process for security or regulatory reasons.

Each VIP tier carries a defined return that is earned gradually by playing over the 120-day subscription term. Rewards accrue through actual gameplay and are not a fixed or guaranteed lump-sum payment.

Your subscription grants daily play attempts ("ducks"). Unused attempts are forfeited and do not carry over, and the full return is realized only by using your daily plays consistently throughout the term.

You pick a duck and cross a river of five lanes. Each lane you clear banks its reward in USDT immediately. You get one run per duck.

A run can end on any lane, but everything you banked before that point stays yours. Outcomes are determined fairly, and any attempt to manipulate game results is prohibited.

You earn a commission when someone you directly invited activates a VIP subscription, calculated as a percentage of the subscription price, paid to the direct referrer only (a single level).

Self-referral, fake accounts, and any fraudulent conduct intended to generate commissions are prohibited. We may reverse commissions arising from such activity.

You may not use Paperino for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or financing illegal activities.

Creating multiple accounts, using bots or scripts, exploiting vulnerabilities, or otherwise attempting to manipulate the platform or its users is prohibited.

We comply with anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements. You may be asked to provide proof of identity and source of funds, and we may review, report, or restrict transactions in accordance with applicable regulations.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and platform designs, including the "Paperino" name, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Digital assets involve risk, value may fluctuate, and you assume that risk yourself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend, terminate, or restrict your account if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraud, or for legal or regulatory reasons, with or without prior notice.

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
